Legal & Disclosures

1. Company and Platform Identification
V-LON™ (Virtual LLM Overlay Network), ACTA™ (Adaptive Compliance Transformation Algorithm), and Petri-ACTA™ are proprietary software platforms developed by V-LON OÜ.
The platforms are designed as general-purpose execution, routing, verification, and audit infrastructures.
They are domain-agnostic by design and may be configured for use across regulated and non-regulated environments.
Certain architectural components, methods, and implementations are confidential and patent pending.
No license or right is granted except as explicitly agreed in writing.

2. No Advice Disclaimer
Information provided on this website, including technical descriptions, diagrams, metrics, examples, or use-case illustrations:
does not constitute legal advice,
does not constitute financial or investment advice,
does not constitute medical or clinical advice, and
does not constitute regulatory approval or certification.
Nothing on this website replaces professional judgment by qualified legal, regulatory, financial, medical, or compliance professionals.

3. Platform Scope and Responsibility Boundary
V-LON and ACTA are infrastructure platforms, not regulators, auditors, custodians, approval authorities, or certification bodies.
The platforms:
do not themselves establish compliance,
do not issue approvals, certifications, or releases, and
do not assume statutory or fiduciary responsibility.
Responsibility for regulatory interpretation, applicability, system validation, qualification, configuration, and operational compliance always remains with the deploying organization and its designated accountable persons.

4. Intended Use and Configuration Responsibility
V-LON and ACTA are configurable systems.
The deploying organization determines:
intended use,
system configuration,
validation and qualification scope,
operational controls,
and regulatory implications arising from use.
Different configurations may yield different regulatory, legal, or operational consequences.

5. Domain-Scoped Context (Illustrative, Non-Exclusive)
The following sections describe illustrative deployment contexts only.
They are not exhaustive and do not limit the platform to any specific industry or regulation.
5.1 Digital Assets, Crypto, and Fintech Context
When deployed in digital asset, fintech, or custody-related environments, V-LON and ACTA may be configured to support:
policy enforcement,
execution control,
traceability,
auditability,
and infrastructure-level security mechanisms.
V-LON Systems:
does not custody digital assets,
does not control private keys,
does not execute transactions on behalf of users, and
does not act as a broker, exchange, settlement agent, or virtual asset service provider,
unless explicitly contracted and licensed under applicable law.

5.2 Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, and Regulated Manufacturing Context
When deployed in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments, ACTA and Petri-ACTA may be configured to support:
formalized process execution,
traceability,
audit readiness,
and structured evaluation of rule-based frameworks.
The platforms:
do not replace quality units, qualified persons (QP), investigators, or regulatory authorities,
do not approve or reject batches, products, therapies, or patients,
and do not issue release decisions.
Ultimate responsibility remains with the manufacturer, sponsor, and designated accountable roles.

6. Regulatory Framework References
References to laws, standards, or regulatory frameworks — including but not limited to GDPR, MiCA, DORA, EU GMP, FDA 21 CFR, HIPAA, SOX, PSD2, FATF, or the EU AI Act — are provided solely as non-exhaustive examples for explanatory purposes.
Such references:
do not imply certification or automatic compliance,
do not constitute regulatory endorsement,
and do not limit the platform’s applicability to those frameworks.

7. Performance, Validation, and Benchmarking Disclaimer
Any performance figures, latency values, throughput measurements, fault-tolerance characteristics, or validation statements presented on this website:
are derived from controlled test environments, pilots, or internal validation activities,
may vary based on hardware, configuration, workload, threat model, and network conditions,
and are not guarantees of future performance.
No representation is made that identical results will be achieved in all deployments.

8. Security and Risk Disclosure
V-LON and ACTA employ a defense-in-depth architecture that may include:
cryptographic mechanisms,
post-quantum algorithms,
hardware-based or physics-derived attestation methods,
and formal verification techniques.
No system is immune to all threats.
No claim of absolute or universal security is made.
Security properties are contextual, bounded, and dependent on assumptions and deployment conditions.

9. Forward-Looking Statements
This website may contain forward-looking statements regarding future features, capabilities, regulatory coverage, performance expectations, or market opportunities.
Such statements are subject to risks and uncertainties.
Actual results may differ materially.

10. Intellectual Property
All content, terminology, architectural descriptions, diagrams, protocols, and platform components related to V-LON, ACTA, Petri-ACTA, and associated technologies are the intellectual property of V-LON OÜ.
They are protected by copyright, trade secret law, and patent filings.
Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or redistribution is prohibited.

11. Confidentiality and Access
Certain information referenced or implied on this website may be subject to:
